Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for providing ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and insights on our consumer credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop credit and fraud loss forecasts, including research, insights, model updates, and recommendations.
  • Manage credit risk reporting deliverables to be completed on time.
  • Monitor current loss forecasting models and identify and act on improvement opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to provide meaningful insights.
  • Lead the implementation, updating, and monitoring of all compliance processes, as it relates to loss forecasting and reporting.
  • Complete credit risk and modeling market research, requirement definition, and model concept development.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer lending analytical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business intelligence, data science, economics, engineering, or statistics.
  • Accounting or finance background is a plus.
  • Ability to gather and visualize data, using Excel and Power BI, and share insights through storytelling.
  • Experience building predictive models.
  • Experience working in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Python, or R is beneficial.
  • Ability to distill and communicate complex analytical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $85,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
