Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Counterparty Credit Risk team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quantitative risk models, analyzing credit risk, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quantitative risk models to assess credit risk and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Analyze credit risk and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in credit risk.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or finance.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a related field, preferably in credit risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

BMO Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $65,400.00 - $121,800.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
