About the Role

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading HVAC manufacturer and distributor to find a skilled Sales Representative to join their team in Kelowna. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company that offers a comprehensive product line and a strong presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including quoting, proposal preparation, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Negotiate and close deals, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide feedback on bids and pricing, including workload forecasting.
  • Assist engineers with product selection and layout, and review purchase orders and bid documents to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and software tools through self-education and manufacturer training.
  • Represent the company at site meetings and assist with customer events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • University degree or college diploma.
  • EIT classification is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
