As a Customer Support Specialist (Inside Sales & Tendering, Spare Parts), you will work onsite as a member of the Parts Processing Centre, where you will be responsible for generating tenders (bids) from the ERP system, providing communication to customers and sister locations on order updates, and processing orders through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate tenders (bids) from the ERP system
* Provide communication to customers and sister locations on order updates
* Follow-up on all open tenders/bids until closure
* Process orders through to completion
* Review opportunities in the CRM system
* Present to the customer, opportunities for additional quantities, upgrades, or other add-ons
* Update ERP system to reflect current client information, equipment details and product pricing

Requirements:

* Some experience in equipment manufacturing is an asset
* Mechanical Technologist certificate, or related post-secondary education, is an asset
* Proficiency in SAP application is an asset
* Independently plan and prioritize own work activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
