Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in our office environment. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Establish and manage daily office routines.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Supervise the analysis of employee-related data.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports.
  • Manage payroll processes effectively.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Conduct research as needed to support various projects.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review tasks and programs.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in Google Docs.
  • Skilled in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Experienced with MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
  • Employment duration: Permanent.
  • Working language: English.
  • Work hours: 35 hours per week.
