Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

A well-established retail company, 2726265 ONTARIO INC, is seeking a motivated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee a team of sales workers and manage store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order and organize merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring stockroom organization.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Assign duties to sales workers, manage sales floor activities, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare sales reports, maintain inventory records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
