Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10766275 CANADA INC. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of 1 to 2 sales staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations for product placement and promotions to drive sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Environment: Retail service establishment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Accurate: Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks and reporting.
- Client Focus: Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
