Retail Store Supervisor Opportunity

We are 8291322 Canada Ltd., a retail business seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a small team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Assign duties to sales workers, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Order merchandise and handle payments, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Organize inventory and maintain reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Review performance and conduct sales, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Team player with a client focus, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive store experience.
