Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lawson Jackpot Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve product offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of sales staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of job satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
