Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lawson Jackpot Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
