About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team at 8796734 Canada Inc. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop business cases to support growth initiatives.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Negotiations: Manage negotiations of sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Operations Management: Organize and direct regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
