- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Sanitize equipment and utensils according to health and safety standards.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their meal.
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related environment.
- Language
- English language proficiency.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
