Dining Room Supervisor

At Touchmark, we're dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. As the Dining Room Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every meal is a memorable one. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of dining room staff, training them on proper etiquette and customer service skills, and overseeing the scheduling and budgeting of the dining department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of dining room staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Train and develop new staff members to ensure they meet the Touchmark Gold Standard
- Assist in scheduling and budgeting for the dining department
- Work collaboratively with the Dining Services Manager and Executive Chef to enhance the dining experience and improve profitability
Requirements:

- Success in managing and motivating a team of employees
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make decisions quickly
- Experience with training and scheduling team members
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations related to food safety and resident rights
