We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at WEM BURGERS LTD. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Restock linens, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
