Dining Room Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Touchmark. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every resident and guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Dining Services Manager to ensure that resident and guest preferences and needs are being met.
- Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills.
- Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of the dining department.
- Help create a positive work environment to maintain low staff turnover.
- Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow.
- Be responsible for training and development of new wait staff.
- Provide coaching to employees to ensure they can perform job duties effectively.
- A commitment to Touchmark's values of hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity.
- Success in managing and motivating a team of employees.
- Ability to work and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Experience with training and scheduling team members.
- Possession of a Food Safety Certificate and a Liquor staff training certificate.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
