Job Title: Dining Room Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise dining room staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment
- Ensure that all food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly and accurately
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
