Dining Room Supervisor

At Touchmark, we are committed to providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that every meal is a memorable one. Your responsibilities will include managing the dining room staff, creating schedules, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of dining room staff
- Create schedules and manage payroll
- Work collaboratively with the Dining Services Manager and Executive Chef to enhance the dining experience
- Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals
- Help create a positive work environment to maintain low staff turnover
Requirements:
- Commitment to Touchmark's values of hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity
- Success in managing and motivating a team of employees
- Ability to work and make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Experience with training and scheduling team members
- Possession of an Alberta Government-approved Food Safety Certificate and a Liquor staff training certificate
