Food and Beverage Server

We are a leading restaurant chain serving authentic Indian cuisine. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
- Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, providing excellent oral communication skills.
- Order Management: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, travelers' cheques, or room billings.
- Special Requests: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a personalized and inclusive dining experience.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will work in a team-oriented setting, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Site Environment: Cold/refrigerated, hot, and noisy conditions.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and handling heavy loads.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
