Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Delish Cafe, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to patrons at their tables.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
  • Offer recommendations on menu selections based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with any questions regarding food and beverage options.
  • Take and relay orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Train new staff members to uphold service standards.
  • Assist clients with special needs to ensure a comfortable dining experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
