Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Shady Tree Neighbourhood Pub. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, and be able to describe them to customers.
  • Order Taking: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required at times.
