The role of a Food and Beverage Server at Shady Tree Neighbourhood Pub involves providing exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant dining environment.

Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers by describing menu offerings, including daily specials.
  • Assist patrons in selecting menu items based on their preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Provide recommendations on wine selections to enhance the dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
  • Accurately take orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Support guests with special needs to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
