Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Delish Cafe. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
    • Advise customers on menu selections and provide information on food and beverage options.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
    • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring that they are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after customers have finished dining.
    • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
