Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Townhall Public House in Abbotsford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and development for the team, recruiting and onboarding new hires, and maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure exceptional service and quality standards.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract, recruit, and onboard new talent to join our team.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring financial, payroll, and administrative duties are completed efficiently.
  • Cost Control and Improvement: Analyze operational costs and identify areas for improvement to enhance profitability.

  • Hours and shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a General Manager in a restaurant setting, pub experience considered an asset. Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
