About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at 1202663 BC Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on sales and revenue growth.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office environment with frequent travel to customer sites.
