Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate resident care programs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to ensure access to quality care services.
- Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Valid nursing and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000.
