Job Summary

We are seeking a collaborative and servant leader with a clinical background to join our team as Director of Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing all nursing operations, creating a collaborative and efficient workplace, and ensuring quality standards and policies are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate resident care programs
  • Initiate and monitor quality improvement activities
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive culture change
  • Ensure compliance with legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry

Requirements

  • Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration
  • In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
  • Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
  • Outstanding organization and stress management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Fraser Health licensing and registration, and KPIs/KQIs of resident care
