About the Role

The Mid-Market Sales Executive position at Rippling offers a unique opportunity. We seek skilled and driven Sales Executives who can manage a fast-paced sales cycle while also navigating a strategic sales process.

At Rippling, we believe that Sales Executives should dedicate their time exclusively to engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to assist potential customers in evaluating our product, closing revenue from demos generated by our SDR team, and collaborating with our Customer Success Management (CSM) team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. Prospecting is handled by our exceptional SDR and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
  • Conduct sales calls featuring a concise presentation and detailed product demonstration.
  • Consistently close business and meet quota targets.
  • Become an expert on our entire platform and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the CSM team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets focused on B2B.

  • Proven track record of managing a $1M+ annual quota.
  • Demonstrated success (top 10% of sales organization).
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
