Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues.
- Assist in managing hardware and software systems.
- Support network and security systems.
Qualifications for Technical Support Specialist II ($46.931/hour):
- Post-secondary diploma in information technology or related field.
- Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365 or equivalent.
- Experience with Windows and iOS devices, IP LAN and Wi-Fi communication, DNS and DHCP, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, and more.
- Valid BC Driver's licence - Class 5.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an enhanced security clearance.
Qualifications for Technical Support Specialist I ($40.247/hour):
- Post-secondary diploma in information technology or related field.
- Experience with Windows and iOS devices, IP LAN and Wi-Fi communication, DNS and DHCP, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, and more.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an enhanced security clearance.
- Valid BC Driver's licence - Class 5.
