Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality control standards are met.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.

Experience

Physical Demands
