Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy Execution: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, trade-spending, and profit goals for Church & Dwight's Walmart business.
  2. Category Management: Analyze Retail Link and consumption data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee overall financial management, including trade spend, deductions, and financial planning.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to maximize Church & Dwight's results.

  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver Church & Dwight's brand strategies and identify, develop, and execute strategic plans.
  7. Leadership: Provide leadership, direction, and support regarding execution of customer plans and financial obligations.
  8. Joint Business Planning: Lead the development and execution of joint business plans, annual negotiations, and strategic partnerships relative to assigned categories.
  9. E-commerce: Take leadership in the e-commerce side of the customer account, helping to grow the business through advanced reporting, insights, solutions, and recommendations to meet company e-commerce objectives.
  10. Partnership Marketing: Lead the Partnership Marketing and Shopper Marketing initiatives for the Walmart team, partnering both internally and externally on deliverables.
  11. Omnichannel Strategy: Own the overall strategy of Walmart Omni and collaborate with the e-commerce team to deliver omnichannel goals.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree Required.
  2. Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of CPG industry experience in a Sales role.
  3. Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Trade Promotion Management, and AC Nielsen data. Walmart/Retail Link experience is a significant asset.
  4. Competencies: Solid analytical skills, effective communication and presentation skills, experienced negotiator and strategic thinker, strong collaborator and team player, passionate about driving change within the organization, and entrepreneurial, business owner mindset.
