Job Overview

As a National Account Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability for our key customers, including Walmart and Giant Tiger. This role requires a strong understanding of customer strategies, business plans, and practices to optimize business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer plans that drive sales and profit growth.
• Analyze sales and profit data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
• Work closely with customer insights and loyalty teams to leverage data and insights to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer category management and sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
