Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of the Small Business Virtual Advice Team is responsible for leading and managing the team to ensure that business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to enhance client relationships and leverage broader organizational resources.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to Virtual Advice Managers, cultivating a team of high-performing experts focused on client-centric advisory conversations.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategies that align with the objectives of Small Business Distribution and the supported regions, while driving internal strategies for efficiency and accountability.
- Enhance awareness of the virtual channel through collaboration with key stakeholders, assisting in identifying opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that highlight benefits for both clients and the organization.
- Ensure that the Bank's risk appetite and culture are integrated into daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Establish an environment that promotes effective and efficient operations in accordance with organizational values, codes of conduct, and global sales principles, while ensuring compliance with operational, AML/ATF, and conduct risk obligations.
- Develop a high-performance culture and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates team members by fostering inclusivity and utilizing a coaching approach.
- A university degree in business, finance, or economics, or equivalent professional experience, complemented by strong interpersonal, communication, judgment, negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proven change leadership capabilities, with a strong emphasis on customer focus and results orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, proactively identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement.
- Essential sales management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training as required by the organization.
