Job Summary

As an Application Specialist at A-SAFE Digital, you will be part of a dynamic team that develops, implements, and supports software applications for our safety products and services. You will work closely with project managers, IT engineers, and clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth delivery and operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
  • Configure, install, and maintain software applications on various platforms and devices.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance across systems, availability, and security of the applications.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients and internal teams on the use and functionality of the applications.
  • Document and update application specifications, manuals, SOPs, and procedures.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the application development and delivery process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing and supporting software applications.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or PHP.
  • Familiar with web development frameworks and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,.net.
