At Fortinos, our Customer Experience Specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by fulfilling e-commerce orders with precision and attention to detail. This ensures a personalized shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting with general inquiries and maintaining a positive environment.
- Accurately shop for customers by filling their orders with quality products.
- Process customer transactions efficiently using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
- Communicate with customers to ensure order accuracy or to inquire about product substitutions.
What We're Looking For:
- A team player with a keen eye for detail.
- A driven individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A resourceful and courteous problem solver.
- A motivated learner who is eager to grow with our company.
What You'll Bring:
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- The ability to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift.
