Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and leading a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of partners to achieve operational excellence and deliver legendary customer service.
- Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
- Deploy partners and delegate tasks to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles and values.
- Provide feedback to store manager on partner performance during shift.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude.
- Discover and respond to customer needs.
- Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, need and concerns.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
- Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
- Follow up with baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools.
- Utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.
Requirements
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
- Ability to direct the work of others.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Effective oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of the retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
