Position Overview

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This role is situated in a vibrant restaurant setting, where teamwork and collaboration are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Collaborate with dietitians or chefs to create special meals for patients.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
  • Maintain accurate records of food and supply inventory.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations.
Supervisory Role

This position involves overseeing general cooking activities and guiding kitchen staff.
