About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Lake Louise Inn. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Dishroom Operations: Operate dishwashers, wash dishes by hand, and scour pots and pans to maintain a clean and efficient dishroom.
  • Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized waste disposal area.
