About the Role

The Director of Sales and Marketing position at Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales efforts. As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a dynamic sales team, develop and implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve established sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve revenue growth and sales objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and resources to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to establish pricing and selling strategies, and maximize revenue.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform sales and marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel partners and industry leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to the General Manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hotel Management Studies or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
