Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Professional to join our team as a Home Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing internet, phone, TV, and mobility products to residential customers in various markets around Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell internet, phone, TV, and mobility products to residential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in marketing and customer service
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is considered an asset
- Punctual and well-presented
- Ability to conduct oneself with integrity as an ambassador of our client's brand
- Enjoy working with and talking to people
- Energetic and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve goals
- Ability to handle difficult situations while remaining calm, cool, and collected
- Thrive in a competitive and fun team environment
