The selected individual will operate under the direct oversight of their team leader, primarily addressing cases related to water and fire damage impacting condominium properties.
Additionally, the candidate will manage situations that do not involve an insurance provider and must possess a valid personal and commercial insurance license.
Essential skills include effective communication, timely report submission, and proficiency in both French and English.
A comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of condominium owners, their syndicates, and property managers, along with relevant legal frameworks, is crucial.
Training on license renewal and adaptability to industry changes will be provided. This position offers continuous support and professional development opportunities.
