Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Prominent Logistics Services. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and training as needed
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of procedures and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The language of work is English.
