This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and overseeing the preparation of reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and seminars.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies, including planning and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports, compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be organized, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
