Mission

We are seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and manage the array of programs and services offered by our organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with strategic planning, development, execution, and assessment of initiatives that align with our mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer leadership and guidance to program staff, cultivating a supportive work atmosphere.
  • Assess community needs and design programs to meet those needs, working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Oversee program operations, including financial management and staffing requirements.
  • Formulate and execute the organization’s strategic plan, tracking progress towards established goals.
  • Establish partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
  • Evaluate program outcomes, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the organization at external meetings and events, promoting awareness of our programs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of social service programs.
  • A Master's degree in a pertinent field and a minimum of ten years of managerial experience.
  • Ability to create client-centered strategies, prioritize client needs, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and advocacy expertise.
  • Cultural competence and a solid grasp of diversity, inclusivity, and equity issues.
  • Experience in program evaluation and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
