About the Role

We are partnering with a leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing family and community support services in Peel Region. This dynamic organization offers a wide range of programs, including counselling, developmental support, employment assistance, education, and support for victims of violence and abuse.

As the Director, Client Services for Mental Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the organization's mental health programs. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating these programs to ensure they align with the organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the mental health program team.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and services that meet the evolving needs of the community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent program development and evaluation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
