Mission

We are seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and manage the suite of programs and services provided by our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, development, execution, and assessment of initiatives that align with our mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and support to program teams, cultivating a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Assess community needs and design tailored programs to meet those needs, working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of programs, including financial management and staffing.
  • Formulate and execute the strategic plan of the organization, tracking progress towards established goals.
  • Establish partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of our programs.
  • Evaluate program outcomes, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in external engagements, promoting awareness of our programs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of social service initiatives.
  • A Master's degree in a pertinent field coupled with a minimum of ten years of managerial experience.
  • Proven ability to develop client-centered strategies, prioritize client needs, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and advocacy expertise.
  • Cultural competence with a deep understanding of diversity, inclusivity, and equity matters.
  • Experience in program evaluation and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
