Director, Client Services for Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Client Services for Mental Health to join our team at The Pod Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our mental health programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to program staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Supervise program managers, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Program Development and Implementation
- Identify community needs and design programs to address those needs, including conducting research and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective program models that align with our organization's mission and goals.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our programs, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing.
- Ensure that programs are properly staffed with qualified individuals and that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve program goals.
- Strategic Planning and Partnerships
- Work with our team to develop and implement our organization's strategic plan, involving setting program objectives, defining strategies to achieve those objectives, and monitoring progress toward goals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with other organizations, government agencies, and community stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and leverage resources.
- Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement
- Develop and implement systems to monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact, including collecting and analyzing data, conducting program evaluations, and using feedback to improve program quality and effectiveness.
- Ensure that programs operate in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and funding requirements.
- Representation and Advocacy
- Represent our organization in external meetings, conferences, and events, advocating for the needs of the population served by our organization.
- Raise awareness about our programs and accomplishments, promoting our organization's mission and values.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Leadership Skills
- A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a social service or healthcare setting.
- Program Development and Implementation Expertise
- A solid understanding of program development and implementation, including research, planning, and evaluation.
- Operational Management Skills
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing in a program management context.
- Strategic Planning and Partnerships
- Able to develop and implement strategic plans, set goals, and make informed decisions.
- Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement
- Experience with program evaluation and quality improvement, including data collection and analysis.
- Cultural Competence and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Able to demonstrate cultural competence and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
