Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team at The Kitchen Barista & Gifts. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of shipments, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are following established procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a warehouse environment and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
