Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at Savino Del Bene Canada Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to shippers and receivers on duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance and compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that all stored materials are properly labeled and organized.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant government regulations and industry standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed inspection documentation, including records of inventory levels, shipments, and any issues or concerns.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records, including inventory, shipments, and employee training.
Supervision
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage shippers and receivers, providing guidance and support as needed.
