Beauty Boutique Manager

OVERVIEW:
The primary objective is to oversee the Beauty Boutique section, optimizing resources to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
The ideal candidate for the Beauty Boutique Manager position will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES TARGETS:
- Utilize corporate sales tracking tools to establish and meet sales goals
- Engage with customers and mentor staff in effective selling techniques
- Maximize sales through the development of impactful sales strategies
- Ensure team members meet productivity benchmarks
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and share customer satisfaction survey results with the team
- Model exemplary behavior in customer engagement
- Coordinate events and manage the annual event calendar
- Promote products through strategic marketing initiatives
- Ensure staff are trained to meet beauty sales standards
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Mentor, coach, and motivate team members
- Create an enjoyable selling environment
- Conduct performance evaluations in collaboration with management
- Embody and promote company culture and values
- Encourage an atmosphere that supports company principles
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
- Leverage corporate sales tools for ongoing sales monitoring
- Ensure compliance with operational standards
- Identify peak business hours and adjust staffing accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to independently address customer-related issues
- Capability to execute tasks and objectives set by management
- Develop a personal growth plan annually
- Collaborate effectively with management
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Background in cosmetics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous leadership experience
