About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Director to lead our Cartier boutique team in North America. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering a culture of excellence within the boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute a client development vision to drive sales growth and increase client loyalty
    • Lead the development of excellent client relationships through personalized experiences and memorable moments
    • Drive sales and care service team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partnerships and Collaborations
    • Partner with regional and corporate partners to ensure boutique success and alignment with company goals
    • Strategize with corporate departments to effectively communicate key messages, business opportunities, and needs
  • Team Development and Management
    • Motivate and support the boutique staff to achieve their full potential
    • Communicate strategic brand initiatives and ensure staff awareness of Maison strategies, boutique targets, and client experience best practices
    • Educate and inspire the boutique team with Maison knowledge, local and global competitive landscape, and industry news
  • Prestige Business Development
    • Strategize outreach to local prestige market and cultivate prestige partnerships to increase prestige sales within the boutique
  • Maison Ambassador
    • Uphold the Cartier standards and project a professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor
    • Create a positive and productive boutique environment by leveraging personal and team savoir-faire to create a highly collaborative network
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Required experience in managing direct reports
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to develop their own business and build long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborative approach with ability to foster a united work environment with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities (internal and external)
  • Strong attention to details with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $155,000 to CAD $165,000 plus incentives. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
